How we rank

Every list follows the same three rules, and every list shows the page that proves each entry.

A source for every entry

Each name links the public record it comes from: a company filing, an official page or a reference work, read on the date shown at the top of the list.

A rule for every order

Each list says why one entry sits above another before the list begins: a date, a count or a public figure. Two entries that tie are listed alphabetically.

Nothing private

No guessed ages, no estimated fortunes, no rumors. If a fact is not on the record, it is not on the list.

How a list is checked

Every list is checked each quarter, and the same day a listed person's role changes. The date at the top of a list says when it was last checked.

Corrections

Find a mistake? Write to the editors at editors@mysweetmags.com. A list is corrected in public, with the date of the change.

No entry is for sale

Entries come from the rule and the public record, never from a request or a payment.
